Description
You can use your favourite one or a combination of superhot powders to make your own unique hot sauce.
Ingredients
| Superhot Chilli Powder | 100mg |
| Red Peppers | 500g |
| Garlic | 50g |
| Sugar | 5g |
| Salt | 5g |
| Red Wine Vinegar | 15ml |
Instructions
Remove the core and the seeds from the red peppers and cut into chunks.
Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz for 1 minute.
Pour the blender contents into a saucepan and simmer for 1 hour.
Taste the sauce and add extra chilli, salt, sugar or vinegar depending on your taste.
Allow the sauce to cool and when ready decant into a sterilised container.
