This versatile jam is incredible with cheese and meats.
Ingredients - Serves 2
Grate a little of the dark chocolate as a garnish for later.
Warm half of the milk in a pan over a medium heat and add the chocolate. Continue to heat and stir the chocolate until it has all dissolved.
Whisk in the rest of the milk, cream, mezcal and add the chilli powders and ground cinnamon. Whisk well to combine.
Taste the mixture and add salt and sugar to taste.
Use a electric whisk or milk frother to froth up the mixture.
Pour into mugs and top with the grated chocolate.
Add the cinnamon sticks and flakes to finish .
