Description
Use this to pep up any cocktail that uses sugar syrup.
Ingredients
Any Chilli Powder | to taste |
Water | 200ml |
Caster Sugar | 200g |
Instructions
Combine the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to the boil and all of the sugar has dissolved.
Decant into a sterilized bottle and sieve when adding to a cocktail.
If you prefer the heat without the flakes, leave to mix for a couple of days. Then transfer to another sterilised bottle but use a fine tea strainer to remove the excess chilli.
