Description
These are just like the cookies you buy in the shops but with a wicked kick.
Ingredients
Superhot Chilli | 50mg |
Unsalted Butter | 250g |
Caster Sugar | 100g |
Light Muscovado Sugar | 100g |
Egg | 1 |
Self-Raising Flour | 250g |
Chocolate Chips (White, Milk or Dark) | 100g |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200⁰C (Fan 180) and line 2 trays with oven paper.
Mix the butter, sugar and egg and beat until smooth.
Sift in the flour and then add the chocolate pieces and add a pinch of salt.
Break the dough into small pieces and add them to the baking trays. Leave plenty of space for the cookies to expand.
Cook for 7 minutes if you like them gooey, or 10 minutes for a harder cookie.
