Chilli Chocolate Cookies


These are just like the cookies you buy in the shops but with a wicked kick.


Superhot Chilli 50mg
Unsalted Butter 250g
Caster Sugar 100g
Light Muscovado Sugar 100g
Egg 1
Self-Raising Flour 250g
Chocolate Chips (White, Milk or Dark) 100g


Preheat the oven to 200⁰C (Fan 180) and line 2 trays with oven paper.

Mix the butter, sugar and egg and beat until smooth.

Sift in the flour and then add the chocolate pieces and add a pinch of salt.

Break the dough into small pieces and add them to the baking trays.  Leave plenty of space for the cookies to expand.

Cook for 7 minutes if you like them gooey, or 10 minutes for a harder cookie.
